Maintaining a 24/7 non-stop broadcast is fun and rewarding, but comes with its challenges, especially if you’re using Tube, the tool we offer to our Professional podcasters that allows you to connect external tools to Spreaker’s stream.
Having your connection drop may feel like a big drawback, but we’ve got a new solution for you.
Now you can rest assured that when your live stream gets disconnected, you have the option of hopping right back in again. The same stream will remain active and accessible so that you have a chance to reconnect and keep going. This also means that your plays will be added as normal, and that all comments and messages will be kept safe.
To enable this option, you’ll have to update the mountpoint of the tool you use to broadcast:
Open the Broadcast/Tube page
Select 24/7 Non-Stop
Enter the necessary info
Copy those settings into your third-party software
