Keep your comments safe with the new chat system!

Today we are proud to announce the new feature that will allow you to keep chatting with your listeners and fans, even after the live show.

Yes, you heard it right, we decided to change and improve the chat system by merging it with the comments on the track page.

What’s the big difference?

Having the chat system displayed on the track page gives you a better experience: more space for reading your listeners chats, all the messages recollected down the same page and the possibility to get notifications for every new message received.

A completely re-designed page, with a new UI and a new stylish embedded player where chatting will be easier that ever.

So are you ready to type? Try the new chat system and let us know what you think!

Is there a way to contact or reply to a listener directly through the chat system like on facebook?

How do I reply to a listener? Is there a way to reply directly to a listener of my broadcast or do I just add comments above theirs? Thanks

I think that the new live chat is pretty rubbish to be honest. I preferred having it as a side-bar, so that I could do other things in Spreaker while chatting to hosts and listeners.

Spreaker used to be better, it really did.

Much than blogtalkradio, moving my show here, I have nothing but issues there.

Hi Ben, we’re sorry to hear that. Would you please tell us more about it at We’re sure we can assist you on having a great experience with Spreaker platform.

The new chat is cool but a inprovment of adding a auto dj button to the dj concell and And functionality when you add tracks at present you don’t no how many times you may have added you tracks so some sort of system helps you remove duplication

  • It’d be nice to know who’s actually in the chat / listening during a show. Whether it be just someone browsing by without logging in (a guest) or a registered user. Sometimes we experience audio issues or want to make sure a certain part of the show is broadcasting properly… knowing who’s around we can kinda shoulder tap them.

Hmm… It’s alight, but I think that there could be improvements to the system.
